These terms apply across Hammer Sports matches, tournaments, and events.
I hereby grant Hammer Sports Club permission to use my likeness in photographs, videos, or other digital media taken during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
I understand that these may be shared on social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. I waive any right to royalties or compensation related to the use of these images.
Hammer Sports has a zero-tolerance policy for violence of any kind. Any player, coach, parent, spectator, volunteer, or official who engages in physical aggression, threats of violence, intimidation, fighting, deliberate unwanted physical contact, or attempts to incite violence will be subject to immediate removal from the venue and disciplinary action.
This can include suspension or permanent expulsion from the league. The policy applies before, during, and after games, practices, and league events, including conduct in parking lots, sidelines, and online communications connected to league activity.
If we determine that you are not playing at the appropriate skill level for the match you signed up for, you may be asked to leave. This is at our sole discretion.
This is to make sure the games are safe and fun for all players and to avoid the chance of injury. This also applies to rotation proficiency in matches that require it.
Any players engaging in dangerous play will be asked to leave. This includes, but is not limited to, hitting or spiking the ball when players are not ready, playing in between games or when players are crossing the courts, or hitting the ball dangerously or uncontrollably.
